Группа активов компании (предприятия), которые могут быть конвертированы в денежную форму без потерь своей текущей (балансовой) стоимости лишь по истечении значительного периода времени (или не могут быть никогда). В современной практике финансового менеджмента к этой группе активов могут быть отнесены: некоторые основные средства; незавершенные капитальные вложения; оборудование, предназначенное к монтажу; нематериальные активы; долгосрочные финансовые вложения; безнадежная дебиторская задолженность; расходы будущих периодов.
